Chronology
1992 - “Negus Expo” Company was set up.
1992 – 1997 - The Company development, wider geography of activity and the clients and partners basis strengthening.
1997 - the Tourism Department emerged within the Company structure.
1998 - the Design-Studio emerged within the Company structure.
1999 - the Company’s own manufacture in Europe was opened.
2000 - the Company’s representations were established in Germany, S.A.R. and Latin America. “Negus Expo” Company was chosen the organizer of the united Russian exposition at the 23RD International Fair of Industry, Technology and Automation in Bogota (Columbia). The individual stand project was designed and the stand was distinguished from the other expositions.
2001 – 2007 – All departments for rendering all possible exhibition services were staffed. There were partners from 60 countries, representations, and reporters staff. “Negus Expo” became one of the few complete cycle companies.
2001 – Participation of Russian Companies in 52 international Industrial Exhibitions was organized in 20 countries. Among them big Russian expositions were exhibited in Libya, Iran, Iraq, China, Turkey, and Cuba.
The most active Companies were JSC “Tatneft”, JSC “United Machine-Building Plants” (“Uralmash – Izhora”), JSC “Transneft”, JSC “West-Siberian Steel Corporation”, JSC “Motorostroitel”, “Russian Aluminium”, “United Metallurgical Company”.
Corporate newspaper “The Exhibition Expert” was started with the circulation of 20 thousand copies. It was distributed within Unions, Associations, Ministries and Departments of the Russian Federation, and special-purpose exhibitions in Russia and CIS countries
2002 – “Negus Expo International” organized participation of 168 Russian Companies in 60 international Industrial exhibitions and conferences in 35 countries. The biggest Russian expositions were exhibited at the exhibitions in Germany, Vietnam, Iran, Iraq, China, Brazil, Egypt and Turkmenistan.
Ministry for Economic Development appointed “Negus Expo” the organizer of the Russian exposition at the Vietnamese industrial exhibition “Vietnam-Expo 2002’ in April 2002.
We worked with the following Companies: JSC “Tatneft”, JSC “KAMAZ”, JSC “Kazan Helicopter Plant”, JSC “United Machine-Building Plants” – “Uralmash-Izhora”, JSC “Transneft”, JSC “Motorostroitel”, Alexandrovskiy Machine-Building Plant, JSC “Diaskan”, JSC “Lukoil”, JSC “Stroytransgaz”, Pipe Metallurgical Company, JSC “Uralinvestenergo”, PO “Uralvagonzavod”, SUP “Serovskiy Mechanical Plant”, JSC “Krasnogorskiy Plant named after S.A. Zverev”, JSC “Rudgormash”, “Nizhegorodskiy Machine-Building Plant”, NPO “Saturn”, and others.
2003 – “Negus Expo International” organized business trips and participation of Russian Companies in 83 international industrial exhibitions and conferences in 42 countries. The biggest Russian expositions were exhibited in international exhibitions in Germany, Iran, Serbia, Syria, China, Peru, India, Libya, U.A.E., and Turkmenistan.
In all business trips for 517 Companies’ representatives to various exhibitions, conferences, seminars, negotiations, and the like, were organized. The most active Companies were Alexandrovskiy Machine-Building Plant, Alnas, VNIIBT, Gazprom, Hyprotruboprovod, Diaskan, TH EPK, ZMZ, “Progress” Design Machine-Building Bureau, Kamensk-Uralskiy Metallurgical Works, Kystym Machine-Building Association, Lebedinskiy Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise, Lukoil, Motorostroitel, Motor-Sich, Nizhegorodskiy Machine-Building Plant, OMZ – United Machine-Building Plants, United Metallurgical Company, Pervouralskiy Novotrubny Plant, Ravsak, Reltec, Serovskiy Mechanical Plant, SOATE – Autotractor Electrical Equipment Plant, Stroytransgaz, TH “Progress”, Transneft, Truboizolyatsia, Trubostal, Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant, Uralvagonzavod, Ufa Motorostroitel PO, Chelyabinskiy Tube Works, Chekhov Energy Machine-Building Plant, EZTM, and many others.
2004 - became the year of changes for “Negus Expo”. Successful business development of the past years and continuous staff increase made the Company move to a new office in the centre of Moscow and develop infrastructure meeting the increased demands. The successful restructuring of the Company took place. The departments became more special-purpose oriented, which was motivated by the dramatic interest increase of Russian Companies not only in traditional industrial exhibitions but mostly in more special-purpose events.
Participation and business trips of Russian Companies’ representatives to 92 international industrial exhibitions and conferences were organized in 43 countries. The biggest Russian expositions were exhibited in international exhibitions in Germany, Iran, Croatia, Syria, China, Panama, S.A.R., Kuwait, U.A.E., Bahrain, Pakistan, Oman, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
In all business trips of 736 representatives of the Companies were organized to various exhibitions, conferences, seminars, negotiations, and the like.
2005 – Departments for cooperation with aviation, energy, ship-building and railway, chemical, rubber-and-plastic enterprises were opened. Task projects were made for telecommunication.
Participation of Russian Companies in 148 international industrial exhibitions and conferences, 23 business negotiations in 43 countries were organized, which is by 49% more than in 2004. Exhibition stands of 3573 sq. metres in all were rented and constructed. The biggest Russian expositions were exhibited in international exhibitions in Germany, Iran, China, USA, Singapore, Bahrain, Poland, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
In all, business trips of 852 Russian Companies’ representatives to various exhibitions, conferences, seminars, negotiations, and the like, were organized.
2006 - the Company’s own manufacture was opened in Russia. The figures say that “Negus Expo” is going the right way.
For 4300 sq. m for 92 Companies exclusive design-projects were worked out.
The number of exhibition projects abroad amounted to 218 in 60 countries, where trips of delegations of 1150 people in all were organized.
In January a corporative training seminar in Cyprus was held, which opened a cycle of similar events within the frame of celebrating of the 15-year Company’s anniversary.
2008 - A number of successful projects realized, including Russia national exposition in Turkmenistan. Our representative office was opened in Turkmenistan. In 2008 we rendered services to 230 companies (repeatedly – 411) for participation in 144 exhibitions and conferences, as well as in business-trips to 54 exhibitions, conferences, seminars and forums held in 53 countries (in 4 countries for the first time).
2009 - among large successful projects are:
· Russian national exposition at the Habana fair FIHAV-2009 (Cuba 2- 7.11.2009)
· Russian exposition at the 16th international exhibition «Caspian Oil and Gas 2009» (Baku, Azerbaijan, 2- 5.06.2009)
· Russian exposition at PDAC-2009 (Canada, 1- 4.03.200)
· A number of large expositions in Turkmenistan exhibitions, включая including Russian exposition at the Agricultural Forum of CIS countries (Ashgabat, 25-27.11.2009)
Our representative office in Turkmenistan bacame the full-services branch. In spite of the world financial and economic crisis in 2009 we rendered services to 306 companies (repeatedly – 624) for participation in 137 exhibitions and conferences, as well as in business-trips to 34 exhibitions, conferences, seminars and forums held in 45 countries.
2010 - We are 18 years old! We have achieved much, but we’ve got to achieve more!
