NewsTurkey Export Commodities Exhibition held in Ashgabat03.09.2009 
The Export Commodities Exhibition of the Republic Turkey is being held at the Exhibition Centre in Ashgabat. The organizers of the exhibition are the MERIDYEN Exhibition Company and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. The representative Turkish delegation arrived in Ashgabat to participate in the forum. Turkey’s representation at the exhibition testifies to intense interest shown by the business circles of the friendly country in further enhancing cooperation with Turkmenistan
During three days over 80 companies and firms from different regions of Turkey, including Ankara, Istanbul, Antalya, Izmir, Trabzon and others will demonstrate their industrial and export potential.
The exposition at the Exhibition Complex is a significant event in the history of Turkmen-Turkish cooperation that is successfully developing in various fields. It is deemed especially promising in the context of the large-scale programs launched in the
 social, economic and cultural spheres in Turkmenistan. Modernization of the national industrial infrastructure, urban planning, of private sector development lays the firm foundation for deepening mutually advantageous partnership. The Turkish companies show active interest in strengthening long-term business relations with Turkmenistan that is reflected in the exposition. By the way, this year it the second exhibition arranged by Turkish producers in Ashgabat. The exhibition has several thematic sections including construction materials and equipment, food, cosmetic and chemical products, electrical engineering. Thus, the visitors – first of all, the heads of the industrial enterprises, specialists and entrepreneurs can specify the priority trends in long-term partnership during meetings with their Turkish counterparts.
In the framework of the exhibition the participating companies will make presentation of their industrial potential and activities on international markets.
Upon concluding the forum the participants will receive the diplomas and certificates.
