Where the new Europe is built! This is the slogan of the REAL VIENNA. The 5th edition of this show will be taking place on the 18th – 20th May 2010 at Messe Wien. Despite the troubled market environment we have again succeeded in setting up another superior quality specialist event. The REAL VIENNA remains the most important market stimulant event in Central and Eastern Europe. Among recently registered participants: Spar European Shopping Centers GmbH, Immobilien AG, Immofinanz AG, UniCredit Bank Austria AG, Allgemeine Baugesellschaft – A. - International Symposium: Real Estate Development in CEE Cities – Status quo and future challenges
The City of Vienna is to host an ‘International Symposium’ and will be inviting a whole host of top-ranking representatives of CEE municipalities and internationally renowned experts to discuss the burning issues in economic, real estate and municipal development. - DAY FOR SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTION AND BUILDING MANAGEMENT
On the 20th May 2010 the Austrian society for sustainable real estate economics (ÖGNI) will be inviting guests to join the illustrious cast of the ‘Green & Blue Building Conference’ taking place for the first time at the REAL VIENNA 2010. Speeches, talks, panel discussions and forums will all be spotlighting the latest international trends and developments, and providing plenty of opportunities make contacts and socialise. Several national and international participants have already registered, particularly from the CEE regions.
