NewsEXPO REAL 2010 extends its subtitle19.03.2010 
Starting in 2010 EXPO REAL has a new subtitle: 'International Trade Fair for Commercial Property and Investment'. The reference to 'investment' has been added in response to popular demand from the sector. It further highlights the profile of the trade fair as a platform in particular for investment locations and investors. EXPO REAL takes place this year in Munich for the thirteenth time. The dates are 4 to 6 October 2010.
"You can´t view property in isolation from the general investment environment. The extended subtitle to include investment now better describes the two sides of the market meeting up at EXPO REAL," explains Eugen Egetenmeir, Managing Director of Messe München. "This is also clear when you see how the value-added chain in the property sector all links up at the fair: from economic regions and cities as investment locations, to project developers, financiers, consultants, architects and planners, corporate real estate managers and expansion managers, through to users and investors." Supplementing this trade fair with its conference program, in particular the INVESTMENT LOCATIONS FORUM, provides strategies and first-hand insights from experts from many countries and markets.
Besides, EXPO REAL 2010 is expanding the range of services it offers to exhibitors. A new initiative, entitled 'Your key to trade fair success', provides additional support to companies to help them plan and implement their presentation at EXPO REAL.
